• A/C is included in the price for the period 26th June to 28th August, at any other times A/C is optional at an additional cost of £25 per week
• A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the booking stage
• All monies are to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday date
• Payments can be made by cheque/electronic transfer
• Changeover day can be any day subject to availability
• A refundable deposit of 150 Euros, in cash, is required on arrival and will be returned prior to your departure subject to no damage or excess cleaning
• You will be met at the apartment with the keys, and the keys collected at the end of your stay
• There is a compulsary cleaning charge of 60 Euros to cover the linen, towels and the general cleaning of the apartment
